No. Gable has no e-signature. Keep signing in the tool you use today, then upload the signed copy to the deal's Documents card and share it if you want.
How do my BrokerBay showings get into Gable?
Add your Gable address as a Concierge contact on each BrokerBay listing and bookings arrive by themselves. Buyer feedback you add by hand.
How do I see what is connected to Gable?
Settings, All integrations shows every platform Gable connects to, whether each one is working, and when data last arrived.
How do I link my Facebook and Instagram posts to a listing?
Add each post on the listing's Posts about this home card. A connected Facebook Page finds your posts for you once it is open to you.
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude with Gable?
Yes. Copy your Gable address from Settings, Other apps and API keys, add it as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT, and sign in with Gable.
Can Gable send deals and expenses to QuickBooks or a spreadsheet?
Through Zapier: create an API key in Gable, add Gable to Zapier, and send closed deals and expenses to QuickBooks, Xero or Sheets.
