How do I add my assistant or my team?
Invite them from Settings, People and seats as an Agent or Admin seat. Each extra person is $49 CAD a month, and invites are free during the trial.
What is the difference between Owner, Admin and Agent?
The Owner pays and controls billing and deletion. Admins manage people, team settings and roadmaps. Agents work their deals and the team's tasks.
How do I remove someone from my team?
In Settings, People and seats, press Remove on their row, choose who takes over their deals and tasks, and confirm. Their access ends at once.
How do I leave a team, or hand the account to someone else?
Admins and Agents leave from Settings, Account. The Owner hands the account to a teammate first, in Settings, People and seats, and can then leave.
