Does my seller see Gable branding?

• The portal and the weekly report: your headshot, name and brokerage at the top, your colours and fonts throughout, and your contact card at the bottom.
• Every email: sent under your name, replies come straight to you, signed with your details and your brokerage mailing address.
• The portal's terms of use name you and your brokerage as the people providing it.

1. 1Open Settings > Branding to set your team name, logo, colours and fonts. You set them once and they apply to the portal, the weekly report and every email.
2. 2Open Settings > Profile for your photo, title, brokerage, phone and Email shown to clients.

Be ready for these, in case your seller asks:

• Web addresses. The portal, the report and the sign-in links live on getgable.ca, so the address bar and the link itself show it.
• The sending address. Emails show your name, but the address behind it is on getgable.ca. Replies still come to you.
• The sign-in page. If your seller asks for a sign-in link themselves, that page explains that it is for agents and for the sellers and buyers their agent invited.

Note: Check it yourself with Preview as client on the listing. What you see under the preview bar is exactly what your seller gets.

• Your photo or logo is missing on the seller's page: add it in Settings > Profile or Settings > Branding, then open Preview as client again.
• You spot the word Gable anywhere on a seller page or email other than the places above, tell us in Chat with Support, or email support@getgable.ca, with where you saw it. We treat it as a bug.
