Can I hide internal tasks from my seller?

1. 1Open Roadmaps from the sidebar, then open the roadmap the listing uses.
2. 2Make sure Edit is selected at the top.
3. 3Each task has a Client switch beside its name. Off means only you and your team see it.
4. 4With Client on, a Client sees box appears. Type the plain-English wording your seller should read, for example "Photos booked" rather than your internal task name.
5. 5Press Client view to check the result. It shows the roadmap the way your seller reads it, under "What the seller sees".

Each change saves as you make it.

• Tasks you add to a single deal yourself are internal. They never reach your seller.
• The switch shapes the roadmap for deals you add from now on. Deals already running keep the tasks they started with.
• Your seller sees each step under its Client sees wording. A task with no wording shows its task name, so fill it in.
• Only the account owner or an Admin can change roadmaps, and only on a computer.

Note: To leave the roadmap out of the weekly report altogether, press Edit report on the listing's Reports tab and switch off Your roadmap. The signed-in portal still shows the steps you made client-visible.

• No Client switch: you are on a phone, or your seat cannot change roadmaps. Ask your account owner or an Admin.
• A task your seller should not see is showing on a deal that was already running: tell us in Chat with Support, or email support@getgable.ca, with the listing and the task name.
• Check the result with Preview as client on the listing.
