Can I edit the report?
Yes, the words are yours to change. The figures are not typed into the report: they come from the listing's views, showings and comparables, so you fix a figure at its source.
Change the Monday summary
The paragraph at the top of the Monday email is drafted from the week each Monday.
- 1Open the listing and go to the Reports tab.
- 2In Monday report summary, edit the text.
- 3Press Save summary. Your version is not overwritten that week.
If the card says the summary is out of date, press Redraft from this week to start again from the current figures.
Tell the week's emails what to mention
- 1In Email schedule on the same tab, type in Notes for these emails. For example, an open house on Saturday, or that the seller is anxious about feedback.
- 2Press Save instructions.
Set the next step your seller sees
- 1In What happens next, write the next step and pick its date.
- 2Press Save next step. It shows on your seller's portal.
Choose which sections show
- 1In The seller’s report card, press Edit report.
- 2In Report sections, switch off any of Listing performance, Your roadmap, Market comparables, Shared documents, Showings and Agent info.
Each switch saves as you click it. The property details, the listing's progress and your branding always show.
Fix a figure
- Views: connect the REALTOR.ca report or enter the running total on Weekly numbers. See Weekly numbers: what your seller's figures mean.
- Showings and feedback: edit them in Showing activity. Feedback reaches your seller only after you choose Show to seller.
- Comparables: add or remove homes on the Comparables tab.
If that doesn't work
- A summary that keeps coming back: make sure you pressed Save summary and saw Saved.
- A section you switched off still shows in the portal: the switches in Report sections apply to the weekly report page. The signed-in portal shows its own tabs.
