Connect your TRREB listings with a DLA

TRREB members bring their own listings into Gable through the back office DLA feed. You start a Data Licence Agreement (DLA) in PropTx, your broker approves it, and Gable receives your own listings.

Steps

  1. 1Sign in to PropTx and open TRREB Data Agreements.
  2. 2Start a new DLA.
  3. 3For the vendor, choose Gable Technologies Inc.
  4. 4Leave the access level on its default, your own listings. Do not choose Brokerage's listings. Gable only uses your own listings.
  5. 5Submit the agreement. It goes to your broker.
  6. 6Your broker approves the DLA. Once it's approved, your listings start coming into Gable through the back office DLA feed.

Note: if your broker hasn't approved it yet, ask them to look in TRREB Data Agreements for a DLA from you naming Gable Technologies Inc.

If that doesn't work

  • You can't find Gable Technologies Inc.: check the spelling, or email support@getgable.ca.
  • You picked Brokerage's listings by mistake: cancel that DLA and start a new one on the default access level.
