From public REALTOR.ca listing pages you pick: active listings with an asking price, never a sold price. Not switched on for every account yet.
Why didn't my REALTOR.ca link fill in the listing?
The link was not a listing page, REALTOR.ca did not answer, or the page did not show a detail. Fill in what is missing and create the listing.
Connect your TRREB listings with a DLA
Start a DLA in TRREB Data Agreements naming Gable Technologies Inc., keep it on your own listings, and your broker approves it.
Do I need to sign anything before I can add listings?
No. Gable reads the public REALTOR.ca pages you link to, so there is no agreement to sign and nothing to wait for.
Does Gable work with my board?
Yes. Gable does not read a board's feed. Any listing with a public page on REALTOR.ca can be added from its link, whatever board it is on.
