Do I need to sign anything before I can add listings?
No. Gable reads the public REALTOR.ca page of each listing you link to, so there is no agreement to sign, no approval to wait for and nothing to connect before your first listing.
What you do set up
- 1Your profile, with your Brokerage and Brokerage mailing address. Client email stays paused until the mailing address is on file.
- 2Your first listing, from its REALTOR.ca link, or typed in for a home not on REALTOR.ca yet. See Add a listing from a REALTOR.ca link.
- 3For views, the REALTOR.ca statistics report link on each listing. See Can Gable get my REALTOR.ca views automatically?.
Note: Gable is not connected to any board's feed. What it knows about a listing comes from the page you link, from you, and from the reports and emails you send it.
