A page won't load. What now?
Gable shows one of three screens when a page cannot load. Each one tells you something different.
"No connection"
Your phone or computer is offline. The page reloads on its own when the signal comes back, or press Try again. In the phone app, a bar reading "No connection. Changes will not save." means anything you type now will not be kept.
"This page hit a problem"
Something on the page failed. Your data is safe.
- 1Press Try again.
- 2If it fails again, press Go to your morning to get back to your Dashboard.
- 3Note the line starting with Reference and give it to us in Chat with Support.
"This page is not here"
The link is out of date, or what it pointed to was removed, such as a deleted listing or a comparable that is no longer in the feed. Press the back button on the screen to return to where you were. See also An old email link opens Settings.
Still spinning
- 1Refresh the page.
- 2Sign out and in again from Settings > Account with Sign out.
- 3Try another browser, or the website if you are in the app.
Note: a slow page is usually the connection. Try the same page on Wi-Fi before assuming Gable is down.
If that doesn't work
- Open Chat with Support with the page's address and the Reference, if there was one. If the chat will not open either, email support@getgable.ca.
