How do I see what is connected to Gable?
Open Settings > All integrations. Every platform is one card, with whether it is working and when it last did.
Steps
- 1Open Settings > All integrations.
- 2The cards are grouped under MLS® and data, Showings, Calendar, Email, Social, Accounting and export and AI and API. The list at the top jumps to each group, and the search box narrows them.
- 3Each card has one button. Connect, Manage and Fix open the page that owns that connection. A connection that is not open yet is not listed; it appears the day it can be set up.
What the labels mean
- Connected: data has actually arrived, and the line under it says when, for example the last showing email or the last calendar update.
- Set up, nothing received yet: the setting is in place but nothing has come through it so far, such as a REALTOR.ca address added before its first weekly report.
- Needs attention: something stopped or is waiting, and the card says exactly what, such as Facebook access that has run out.
- Not connected: not set up yet.
- Through Zapier: accounting and spreadsheet apps such as QuickBooks Online, Xero and Google Sheets. Gable cannot see which app a zap writes to, so these never say connected.
- Ready: nothing to connect, such as YouTube, where you paste a video link on a listing.
A card with no label means Gable could not check it just then, rather than guessing.
Note: this page changes nothing by itself, so every seat on a team can open it. Some connections, like the showings inbox, are set for the whole team by the owner or an Admin.
If that doesn't work
- A card says Needs attention and Fix does not clear it: open the help article for that connection from the card, or open Chat with Support and name the card. Or email support@getgable.ca.
- A card says Connected but data looks old: check the date on the line under it. That is the last time anything arrived.
