How do I connect my Google Calendar?

1. 1Open Settings > Calendars. It is under Connections in the Settings menu. If you are still in the setup wizard, the same button is on the Connect your calendar step.
2. 2Press Connect Google Calendar.
3. 3Sign in to the Google account you want the dates in, and allow access.
4. 4You come back to Settings. The Google Calendar card now reads Connected as and your Google address.

Gable makes a new calendar named Gable inside your Google account and writes only to that one. Your own calendar is never read or changed.

• Closing dates, once a listing is Conditionally sold or Pending, or a buyer deal is Conditionally accepted or Pending.
• The listing expiry date while a listing is Active.
• Condition deadlines while the condition is still open.
• Showings, with the time and address. A cancelled showing comes off.
• Open houses and the appointments you add.

Dates move when you change them in Gable, and once a day Gable checks every connected calendar for a closing that was missed. Deposit, irrevocable, adjustment and requisition dates stay in Gable and are not put on the calendar.

Note: each date goes to the calendar of the person who owns the deal. On a team, everyone connects their own calendar.

• If Google shows an error and you land back on Settings with a red message, read it: "You cancelled the Google sign-in. No calendar was connected." means the sign-in was closed before it finished. Press Connect Google Calendar again.
• If the card says Connected as but you see nothing in Google, look in Google Calendar's list of calendars for one named Gable and make sure it is ticked. See Events are not showing in Google.
• Use Outlook instead? See Outlook and Apple Calendar. The Outlook card shows Connect Outlook Calendar when Outlook is available on your account, and "Not available" when it is not.
