Setup, your first listing and finding your way around.
What can Ask Gable do?
Ask Gable answers questions about your deals, books appointments and moves deal dates, and always shows you the change to confirm first.
Where do I start?
Run the setup steps, add your first listing from its REALTOR.ca link, invite your seller, then work from the Dashboard each morning.
How do I add a listing?
Open Transactions, press Add listing, paste the listing's public REALTOR.ca link, check what fills in, then press Create listing.
My listing is not on REALTOR.ca yet. Can I still add it?
Yes. Start it as Pre-listing from its address, then press Go Active when it hits the market.
How do I add a buyer deal?
On a computer, open Transactions and press Add buyer, fill in the New buyer form and press Create buyer.
Can I add deals from my phone?
Yes. Open Transactions, press Add, choose Listing or Buyer, fill in the short form and fill in the rest later.
How do roadmaps work, and how do I edit the tasks?
Every deal gets its tasks from a roadmap template. Edit templates in Roadmaps on a computer; changes reach your active deals.
How do I re-run setup?
The account owner opens Settings, Account and presses Run setup again in the Setup walkthrough card. Nothing is reset.
