My listing is not on REALTOR.ca yet. Can I still add it?

1. 1Open Transactions and press Add listing.
2. 2Leave Start with a REALTOR.ca link empty and fill in the form below it. Address, City and List price are required; everything else can wait.
3. 3Set Status to Pre-listing and press Create listing.
4. 4Work the Pre-listing prep stage of the roadmap as usual. Your tasks and seller portal work before the listing is live.
5. 5When it goes live, open the listing and press Go Active. In Take this listing live, add the MLS# (optional) if you have it and press Go Active.

Note: until the listing has photos of its own, Gable uses the street view of the address and places the home on the map from the address.

• Go Active is not on the listing: it only shows while the listing is Pre-listing. A listing that is already Active or further along does not need it.
• Bedrooms, bathrooms or the price changed when it went live: update them on the listing page.
• The listing has no tasks: see My tasks are empty, or template tasks are missing.
