How do I link my Facebook and Instagram posts to a listing?

1. 1Open the listing and find Posts about this home in the Social media section.
2. 2Press Add a post and choose Facebook, Instagram or YouTube.
3. 3For Facebook or Instagram without a connected Page, type the numbers from the post's own insights: reached, views, engagements and the date. Figures like 1.2K are read as 1,200.
4. 4For YouTube, paste the video's link. Its views, likes and comments come in straight away and update every day. No sign in is needed.

A row you typed says Entered by you, and its menu has Edit the numbers. A figure the platform did not report is left blank, never shown as zero.

1. 1Open Settings > Facebook and Instagram.
2. 2If the card says "Not available", connecting a Page is not available on your account. It depends on Meta's review of Gable's app. Typed numbers and YouTube links work for everyone.
3. 3If it offers a button, press Connect with Facebook. It links your Facebook Page and any Instagram Business account linked to it. If you manage more than one Page, choose the one you post listings on and press Connect this Page.

With a Page connected, Add a post lists your recent posts, and Paste a post link instead takes a link to one of your Page's own posts from the last 60 days. Posts that name the listing's address or MLS number also attach on their own. Gable can only read your posts. It cannot post for you.

Note: Facebook stops sharing a connection's data 90 days after you last connected. Two weeks before, Settings shows Reconnect by and a date. Press Reconnect with Facebook and the numbers pick up again.

• A post counts for one listing only. If you add one that is already on another listing, Gable offers Move it here.
• Each row's menu has Move to another listing and Remove from this listing. A removed post stays on your Page, and Gable will not add it back to that listing.

• A post did not attach on its own: see Posts not attaching.
• Boosted reach and collab posts are not in what Gable reads from a Page. Use Type the numbers yourself to count them.
• Connecting fails with a message on the card: read it, then open Chat with Support if it repeats. Or email support@getgable.ca.
