There are two sellers. Can I invite both?

Yes. Add each seller as a separate client on the listing. Each one gets their own invite, their own sign-in and every email the listing sends.

Steps

  1. 1On a computer, open the listing and go to the Roadmap tab.
  2. 2In the Clients card, type the second seller's email and press Add client.
  3. 3Press Invite on that person's row.
  4. 4Repeat for anyone else on title.

Good to know

  • Each person needs their own email address. Two people sharing one inbox can share one row.
  • The Invite to portal button at the top of the listing invites the first person who has not signed in yet. Use the Clients card when you want to pick who.
  • Every address in the card gets the Monday, Wednesday and Friday emails and the deadline and closing reminders.
  • The card asks only for an email, not a name.
  • Adding and inviting is done on a computer. On a phone you can see the list and remove someone with Remove client, but not add or invite.

If that doesn't work

  • "That address belongs to a Gable account, not a client": that email is an agent's or a teammate's login. Use the seller's own address.
  • One seller cannot get in: see My seller's link doesn't work.
