My buyer's page shows a grey house instead of a photo

A buyer deal with no photo shows the address on your brand colour on the deal page and in your buyer's portal, and a plain grey house icon in your Transactions list. Add a photo and both change.

Add a photo

  1. 1Open the buyer's deal.
  2. 2On the photo area at the top, press Add photo.
  3. 3Pick a photo of the home. It shows on the deal, in the lists and in your buyer's portal.

To change it later, press Replace photo.

Note: a deal that already has listing photos does not offer Add photo.

If that doesn't work

  • "That photo is too large. Try a smaller one.": pick a smaller file, or take a screenshot of the photo and use that.
  • "The photo did not upload. Try again.": check your connection and try once more.
