When should I add a buyer?
Add a buyer deal once their offer is accepted. Gable tracks a purchase from accepted offer to closing, not the search before it.
Do buyer deals count toward my plan?
A buyer deal counts while it is Conditionally accepted or Pending. Once it closes, it stops counting.
How do I invite a buyer to their portal?
Put the buyer's email on the deal and press Invite to portal. They get one email from you with a link that signs them straight in.
My buyer's page shows a grey house instead of a photo
A buyer deal with no photo shows the address on your colour, and a grey house in lists. Add a photo of the home and both change.
The closing countdown looks off by a day
Countdowns count whole calendar days to the date, in Eastern time. Closing day itself reads 0d, and the day after reads Past due.
