Can I use Outlook or Apple Calendar instead of Google?

If the Outlook Calendar card says "Not available" and has no button, Outlook is not available on your account. Use Google Calendar, and connect Outlook if the button appears.

1. 1Open Settings > Calendars.
2. 2On the Outlook Calendar card, press Connect Outlook Calendar. It works for Outlook.com accounts and Microsoft 365 work or school accounts.
3. 3Sign in to Microsoft and accept. You come back to Settings and the card reads Connected as and your address.

Gable makes a calendar named Gable in your Outlook account and writes only to that calendar: the same closings, conditions, showings and open houses as Google. You can connect Google and Outlook together, and the same events go to both.

Note: many brokerages on Microsoft 365 only let their IT administrator approve new apps. If Microsoft says Gable needs an administrator's approval, ask your IT team or brokerage administrator to approve it, then connect again. Microsoft may also label Gable as unverified while its publisher check is pending. That label does not change what Gable can do.

There is no Apple Calendar connection. Two ways to see your Gable dates on an iPhone or Mac anyway:

• Connect Google or Outlook in Gable, then add that same account to the Calendar app on your iPhone or Mac in your device settings. The calendar named Gable shows up beside your others.
• Appointment emails Gable sends your clients carry an add to calendar link that works in Apple Calendar, so your sellers and buyers can save their own dates.

• If the Outlook Calendar card says "Not available", Outlook is not available on your account and there is nothing to fix on your side. If it shows neither the button nor "Not available", refresh the page, then open Chat with Support. Or email support@getgable.ca.
• If Microsoft refuses the sign-in for a work account, it is almost always the administrator approval above.
