How do I disconnect my calendar?

Open Settings > Calendars and press Disconnect on the Google Calendar or Outlook card.

Outlook and Microsoft 365 calendars are not available on your account. Your dates land in Google Calendar.

Steps

  1. 1Open Settings > Calendars.
  2. 2On the card for the calendar you want to stop, press Disconnect.
  3. 3For Outlook only: if you also want Gable's calendar gone, tick Also delete the Gable calendar and its events from Outlook before you press Disconnect.
  4. 4The card changes to Not connected.

What happens

  • Gable stops writing straight away and deletes its stored access to that account.
  • The events already in the Gable calendar stay where they are. For Google, delete the calendar named Gable in Google Calendar's settings if you no longer want them.
  • Your dates are not lost. They stay on each deal and on the Calendar page in Gable.
  • With no calendar connected, the Dashboard shows a reminder to connect one. You can dismiss it, and it comes back at most once a week.

Note: to remove Gable from your Microsoft account as well, the Outlook card points you to your Microsoft account's app permissions page. Disconnecting in Gable already deletes Gable's access, so this is optional.

If that doesn't work

  • If Disconnect shows an error, refresh the page and press it again.
  • If events keep appearing after you disconnected, open Chat with Support and say which calendar. Or email support@getgable.ca.
