What counts as an active transaction?
A deal counts toward your plan only while it is in play. Listings and buyer deals are counted together.
What counts
- Listings that are Active, Conditionally sold or Pending.
- Buyer deals that are Conditionally accepted or Pending, from the accepted offer to closing.
What does not count
- Pre-listings.
- Closed, expired, terminated and archived deals.
- A closed deal you add for your records. Gable says "You can still add a closed deal for your records. It does not count toward the plan."
- The sample listing.
Where to see your count
Open Billing and look at Active transactions under Your team. It shows your count against your plan's limit, with a bar that fills as you get closer.
Note: a deal that closes, expires or is terminated stops counting at once and frees its place for the next one.
If that doesn't work
- The count looks too high: open Transactions and check for old listings still marked Active that have actually expired or sold. Change their status and the count drops.
- Still off: open Chat with Support. We can see the count and which deals make it up. Or email support@getgable.ca.
