I hit my plan's limit. What happens now?
Nothing locks. Your deals, tasks and seller emails keep working. Only adding a new listing or buyer deal asks you to change plan first.
What you see
- Adding a deal, on any screen, from your phone, an MLS import or a connected app, stops with a line that gives your count of active transactions, says that is the most your plan includes, and names the plan that would make room.
- On a team, people who are not the owner see "Ask" and the owner's name, "to change the plan."
- In the iPhone and Android apps: "Your plan is full. Manage your plan on the web."
- On Billing, the Active transactions row says the same line with a Change plan button, and shows how many you are over when you are past the plan.
- The owner also sees a short line at the top of Transactions on the website. Close it with the cross; it comes back in a new session while the plan is still full.
Steps
- 1If you are the owner, open Billing.
- 2Under Plans, press the Switch to button on a bigger plan. The one marked Fits your team holds the deals you have now.
- 3The change is prorated on your next invoice. The page shows the new plan once the payment processor confirms it.
Plans too small for the deals you already have are greyed out, so you cannot move to a plan you are already past. Plan changes happen on Billing, not in the billing portal.
Or free up room
Close, expire or terminate deals that are really finished. Each one stops counting at once. Adding a closed deal for your records never counts.
Note: there is no limit during the trial.
If that doesn't work
- You switched plans and still cannot add a deal: refresh the page. If it persists, open Chat with Support. Or email support@getgable.ca.
- You think a deal is counted that should not be: see What counts as active.
