Plans, the trial, paying and cancelling.
How long is the free trial, and do I need a card?
The trial is 14 days with every feature on, no card needed to start and no limit on active transactions.
How much does Gable cost?
Plans are priced by active transactions, in Canadian dollars, with every feature on each. Extra people are $49 CAD a month each.
What counts as an active transaction?
Listings count while Active, Conditionally sold or Pending. Buyer deals count while Conditionally accepted or Pending. Everything else is free.
I hit my plan's limit. What happens now?
Nothing locks. Existing deals and seller emails keep working; only adding a new listing or buyer deal asks you to change plan first.
How do I pay, change my card, get invoices or cancel?
The owner does all of it from Billing, Manage payment and invoices. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps access to the end of the paid period.
My trial ended. Is my data still there?
Yes. Nothing is deleted when a trial ends. Choose a plan and your listings, reports and sellers are exactly as you left them.
Can I get a refund?
Unused time on a period already started is not refunded, unless the law requires it. Cancelling stops the next charge.
