Do buyer deals count toward my plan?
A buyer deal counts toward your plan only while it is live: Conditionally accepted or Pending. Once it is Closed or archived, it stops counting.
What counts
- Buyer deals: Conditionally accepted and Pending.
- Listings: Active, Conditionally sold and Pending.
- Closed, expired, terminated and archived deals never count, and neither do sample deals.
Your plans and what each includes:
- Starter: $149 CAD a month, up to 5 active transactions.
- Growth: $199 CAD a month, up to 10 active transactions.
- Pro: $249 CAD a month, up to 20 active transactions.
- Unlimited: $299 CAD a month, unlimited active transactions.
Check where you stand
- 1Open Settings > Billing.
- 2The page shows how many active transactions you have against your plan.
If you are at your limit
Nothing locks. Your existing deals, your clients' portals and their emails all carry on. Only adding a new deal is refused until a deal closes or you move up a plan.
Note: Closing a deal frees its place. When a buyer's purchase closes, choose Closed in the deal's Status menu and it stops counting straight away.
If that doesn't work
- The count looks too high: check for finished deals still marked Conditionally accepted or Pending, and close them.
