Questions
Is Social Studio included in my plan?
Yes. Social Studio is included with every plan.
Does anything post without me?
No. Every post starts as a draft, and nothing goes up until you publish it or schedule it.
Whose name is on the post?
Yours. Posts go up on your own Facebook Page and Instagram account, with your brokerage on every caption.
Which photos can I post?
The photos you uploaded to the listing in Gable, and the photos your brokerage feed carries for your own listings. You can always upload your own. Before anything goes up you confirm you took them or have the photographer’s permission to use them on social media.
Do I need an Instagram business account?
Instagram posting needs a professional account, business or creator, linked to your Facebook Page. Facebook posting needs only the Page.
Can I count posts I made myself?
Yes. Gable reads the posts on your Page, including the ones you made outside Gable, and matches each to its listing by the address in the caption. You can attach or remove one by hand on the listing.
