Tasks and deadlines

Your whole day, before your coffee.

Every listing and buyer deal gets a roadmap of tasks the day you add it. Each morning, what is due today across all of them is on one list, and every condition and closing date is counted down.

Launching soon.

The checklist runs itself. You run the deal.

A roadmap for every deal.

Listings and buyer deals start from your own templates, so the photos, the sign, the deposit and the walkthrough are on the list before you think of them. Change a template once and every new deal follows it.

Conditions, counted down.

Financing, inspection, deposit and closing dates, each counted down with a reminder before it is due. Nothing lives only in your head.

On your Google calendar.

Closings, conditions, showings and open houses are written to a calendar of their own, the moment you save a change. Move a date in Gable and the calendar moves with it.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add a deal

The roadmap appears from your template, with every task and its date.

  2. 2

    Connect your calendar

Once, in Settings. Every date goes on from then.

  3. 3

    Work the list

Tick tasks off at your desk or on your phone. Your client’s portal moves on with you.

What it connects to

  • Google Calendar

Closings, condition dates, showings and open houses, on a calendar of Gable’s own. Gable cannot read the rest of your calendar.

Every integration, and how each one syncs

Questions

Can I use my own checklists?

Yes. The roadmaps come from templates you can edit, one for listings and one for buyers, and a new account starts with a full set.

Which dates go on my calendar?

Closings, conditions, showings and open houses. Gable writes them to a calendar of its own and cannot read the rest of your calendar.

Does my client see every task?

No. Tasks you keep for yourself stay with you. The ones meant for the client appear on their portal in plain words.
