Where do comparable listings come from?
Comparable listings come from public REALTOR.ca listing pages that you pick, not from a board feed. Only listings for sale with an asking price can be picked, and Gable never reads a sold price.
What it means for you
- You choose each home. Nothing is pulled in on its own.
- Each home keeps a link to its own public REALTOR.ca page.
- Your seller sees the homes you picked in their portal, under Your market, as Competing homes, with each asking price beside theirs.
Note: picking comparable listings is not switched on for every account yet. When it is on for yours, the listing page has a Competing homes card that says how to add them.
If that doesn't work
- No Competing homes card on your listings: it is not switched on for your account yet. See Why is the Comparables tab empty?.
- Questions about when it comes to your account: open Chat with Support. We answer with what we know, never a guessed date. Or email support@getgable.ca.
