Why is the Comparables tab empty?
Comparable listings are not switched on for every account yet. While they are off for yours, there is nothing to show, and your seller sees no comparables or market alerts. Nothing is wrong with your account.
Work out which one it is
- 1No Competing homes card on the listing: comparable listings are off for your account for now.
- 2The card is there and says None yet: no homes have been picked for this listing. See Can I pick my own comparables?.
- 3A home you picked says No longer listed: it is off the market. It stays in the list until you remove it.
Note: comparable listings come from public REALTOR.ca listing pages you pick, never from a board feed and never with a sold price. See Where do comparable listings come from?.
If that doesn't work
- If you think comparable listings should be on for your account, open Chat with Support and say so, or email support@getgable.ca.
