Can I preview the email before my seller gets it?

1. 1Open the listing and go to the Reports tab.
2. 2In Email schedule, find Test emails at the bottom.
3. 3Pick Monday week-ahead kickoff, Wednesday midweek check-in or Friday weekly summary.
4. 4Press Send test to me. The button shows your own address, so you can see where it is going.
5. 5Look for "Test sent to" and your address. The copy arrives with [TEST] at the start of the subject.

• Preview as client on the listing opens the portal exactly as your seller sees it. See What does my seller see?.
• The Read the full report button inside your test email opens the full weekly report.

Note: A test is built from the same numbers the real email would use. If this week's views have not been entered, the test is refused with the same "held" message the real report gets. Enter the numbers first.

• "Listing is not active": the weekly emails, and their tests, only go for listings with the status Active.
• A message saying the report is held: enter this week's views on Weekly numbers, then send the test again.
• No test in your inbox after a few minutes: check spam, then use Send test to me under Settings > Notifications to check email reaches you at all.
