While Gable has client email switched off, nothing goes to your sellers or buyers. Everything else works, and it lifts when client email is turned on.

Up to three emails a week in your name, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, each linking to the full weekly report.

Untick Monday, Wednesday or Friday per listing in Email schedule, or skip one report for this week only on Weekly numbers.

Send yourself a test of the Monday, Wednesday or Friday email from the listing's Reports tab. Only you get it.

Edit the Monday summary, add notes for the week, set the next step and choose which report sections show. The figures come from your data.

A report with no views for the week still goes out, without the weekly views line. Upload the REALTOR.ca report or enter the total to put them back.

Totals and weekly figures are different numbers, views are REALTOR.ca only, and a quiet week after a first showing shows no arrow.

Paste each listing's REALTOR.ca Listing Statistics link once, and Gable reads the views every week with nothing to type.

Showings appear for your seller as they are booked. Feedback stays hidden until you choose Show to seller on that showing.
