Can I share showing feedback with my seller?
Yes, when you choose to. Gable keeps showing feedback private until you share it, and whether to share is your decision and your broker's.
How sharing works in Gable
- 1Feedback arrives on its showing, from BrokerBay or typed by you. It is private to you.
- 2On the showing, press Show to seller to include it in the seller's portal and reports.
- 3Press Hide from seller to take it back. It leaves the portal at once.
Note: feedback often names the buyer agent or their brokerage. Read it before you show it, and keep hidden anything you would not put in writing to your seller.
If that doesn't work
- Not sure whether a piece of feedback should go to your seller? Ask your broker of record. Gable leaves that call with you.
- If feedback was shown to a seller by mistake, press Hide from seller, then open Chat with Support if it was already emailed. Or email support@getgable.ca.
