Yes. Only your team sees your deals, each client sees only their own deal, and documents and feedback stay hidden until you share them.
Is Gable CASL compliant? What do I need to do?
Every client email carries your brokerage mailing address and a working unsubscribe link, and Gable holds client mail until your mailing address is on file.
Can I share showing feedback with my seller?
Yes, when you choose to. Gable keeps feedback private until you share it, and whether to share is your decision and your broker's.
What does Gable read from public REALTOR.ca pages?
Only the public pages of listings you link to or pick. Gable is not connected to any board's feed and never reads a sold price.
How do I delete my account and my data?
The owner deletes it in Settings, Account. Your sign-in goes at once; transaction records are kept for the brokerage, unlinked from you.
