Pricing questions
What counts as an active transaction?
A listing that is active, contingent or pending, or a buyer deal from the accepted offer to closing. Pre-listings and closed, expired or terminated deals do not count, and a deal stops counting the day it closes.
What happens when I reach my plan’s limit?
Nothing locks. Your deals, tasks and client emails keep working. Only adding a new listing or buyer deal asks you to move up a plan first.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days with every feature, and no card to start.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. Monthly: Starter $99, Growth $149, Pro $179, Unlimited $199.
How does annual billing work?
Annual is one month free: you pay for 11 months and get 12, billed once a year.
How do extra people work?
Every plan includes 1 person. Each extra person on your team is $35 USD a month, and everyone shares the plan’s limit.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the billing portal in Settings. Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is deleted.
Do I need MLS® access?
No. Gable works from the links you paste: your listing’s public link, and the public listing links of the comparables you pick. Its views come from the ListTrac emails you forward, with the public counts on the listing’s own pages filling any gap. There is no MLS feed to connect.
Is every feature on every plan?
Yes. Plans differ only in how many active transactions they allow, from 5 on Starter to unlimited.
