Seller reports

A weekly report your seller actually reads.

Views, showings and buyer feedback, gathered through the week and ready for your seller in their portal, under your name. They open it on their phone, with no app and no password.

14 days free, no card to start.

Sample report. Every name and figure in it is invented.

The week’s work, in one place your seller can see.

Showings and feedback, on the right listing.

Log each showing in a few taps and add the buyer agent’s feedback to it. The report says who came through and what they said.

Every number, counted once.

Views come from the ListTrac emails you forward, with the public counts on the listing’s own pages filling any gap, and showings from your own log. Each figure is decided in one place, so the report, the portal and your own screen always agree. A week nothing was measured says so, rather than showing a zero.

Your note, in your words.

Each week the note at the top is drafted from what actually happened. Change a word, or write it yourself, before your seller reads it. The feedback you share is the feedback they see.

Comparable listings

Your seller sees the market moving, without asking you

You pick the active listings that compete with your seller’s home. You add them by pasting their public listing links. Gable keeps an eye on them, and every price drop or status change lands in your seller’s portal and weekly update.

  • Add, remove or hide comparables from the deal hub in a few clicks
  • Your seller sees each comparable’s list price and how it changes
  • Price drops and status changes are logged with the date they happened
  • Shown in the seller portal and the weekly update report
  • A map with a price pin for each comparable

How it works

  1. 1

    Add the listing

Gable sets up its roadmap straight away, every task and date in order.

  2. 2

    Connect the views

Paste the listing’s public link, and forward your ListTrac reports to your Gable address. Both take a minute, once.

  3. 3

    Read it, then share it

Each week the report is drafted from what happened. Change a word, or leave it as it is. It is ready in your seller’s portal, under your name.

What it connects to

  • ListTrac

Views for each listing, from the ListTrac report emails you forward to your own Gable address.

  • Your listing’s public link

The public view and save counts on the listing pages you paste, filling any site ListTrac does not cover.

  • YouTube

Views, likes and comments on a listing’s video.

Every integration, and how each one syncs

Questions

Whose name is on the report?

Yours. The report carries your name, photo, brokerage and colors, under your name and your branding.

Where do the views come from?

From the ListTrac report emails you forward for the listing. Where ListTrac does not reach, the public view counts on the listing pages you paste fill the gap.

Can I change what it says?

Yes. You can read and edit the note before your seller sees it, and choose which feedback to share.

Do I need MLS® access?

No. Gable works from the links you paste: your listing’s public link, and the public listing links of the comparables you pick. Its views come from the ListTrac emails you forward, with the public counts on the listing’s own pages filling any gap. There is no MLS feed to connect.
