Seller report software gathers a listing's online views, showings and feedback into a regular update for the seller. Gable and Beacon both build full weekly seller reports, and Gable adds a seller portal, a buyer portal and transaction tasks. ListTrac, ShowingTime and Homebot each cover one part of the picture: online activity, showings and feedback, or homeowner finance insights.
A seller who hears nothing for a week tends to assume nothing is happening. A short, regular report changes that conversation. It shows how many people looked at the listing, who came through, what they said, and what you plan to do next. Done by hand, that report takes time every week for every listing. Seller report software is meant to take most of that work off your plate.
This guide compares five tools that produce some form of seller or listing report. They do not all do the same job, so we have grouped them by what they actually report and who they are built for. If you are also comparing all-in-one platforms, see our Lofty alternatives for listing agents.
What should a good seller report include?
Before comparing tools, here is what most listing agents want in a weekly report:
- Online views. How many people viewed the listing on the major portals this week, and the trend over time.
- Showings. How many, and when.
- Feedback. What buyers and their agents said, with the agent able to choose what the seller sees.
- Context. A note from the agent explaining what the numbers mean and what happens next.
- Easy access. A link the seller can open on their phone, without another password.
Some tools cover all of this. Others cover one part very well, such as online activity or showing feedback, and leave the rest to you.
1. How does Gable handle weekly seller reports?
Gable is the tool we build, so it is listed first. Here is how its seller reports work and what else comes with them.
The weekly report. Each listing gets a report every week built from:
- Listing views. In the US, views come from ListTrac, with public Zillow and Redfin counts filling in any site ListTrac does not cover. You add the listing by pasting its Zillow or Redfin link.
- Showings and feedback. Showings and feedback come in automatically from BrokerBay and ShowingTime, and you can also add showings by hand if you want. You decide which feedback the seller sees.
- Your note. A short message from you, so the numbers come with your read on them.
Where the seller reads it. The report lands in the seller's portal. They open one private link, with no password to set up, and see their report, their showings, the feedback you have shared and the latest updates.
Buyers get a portal too. Seller reports are only half of a listing agent's client work. From the accepted offer to closing, your buyer gets their own portal showing where the deal stands, the key dates and deadlines, and who is on their team. Our real estate client portal guide compares seller and buyer portals.
The rest of the deal. Gable also includes transaction management (a roadmap of tasks for every listing and buyer deal, a daily list of what is due, and deadlines, showings and open houses pushed one way to the agent's own Google Calendar) and Gable's social posting, which drafts listing posts for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn from your own listing photos. For the transaction side, see our transaction management guide.
Pricing (US, USD per month). You pay by active transactions.
| Plan | Price | Active transactions |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Price: $99 | Active transactions: 5 |
| Growth | Price: $149 | Active transactions: 10 |
| Pro | Price: $179 | Active transactions: 20 |
| Unlimited | Price: $199 | Active transactions: No limit |
One person is included, and each extra person is $35 a month. Annual billing is priced at 11 months. There is a 14-day free trial with no card, and setup is self-serve. Current prices are on the Gable pricing page.
Honest limits. Gable is not a CRM or a lead tool. If you need lead generation or a full CRM, you would pair it with one, as we describe in Gable vs Follow Up Boss.
Best for: listing agents who want weekly seller reports and also want buyers, transactions and listing posts in the same place.
2. Is Beacon a dedicated seller report tool?
Beacon describes its Seller Reports as "Weekly AI reports with portal views, showings, social and comps," built to keep sellers informed. Plans are tiered by the number of active listings: Standard (5), Plus (10), Pro (15) and Premium (25), with a brand option for teams with more than 25 listings that adds onboarding, training and volume pricing. The site says "Every plan includes every feature and unlimited team members," and brand plans are "month-to-month, no long-term contracts." A free trial of Seller Reports is offered. Dollar prices were not shown on the page we checked.
How it compares. Beacon is focused on the seller report and the listing side of the business. Its site does not describe a buyer portal or transaction management, so you would pair it with other tools for those.
Best for: listing agents who want a report-first tool and have the rest of their workflow covered elsewhere.
3. What does ListTrac report?
ListTrac tracks how listings perform online. Its site describes "metrics including listing views, leads, shares, and favorites captured from major portals, broker sites, and MLS systems," naming Zillow, Trulia, Realtor and your MLS, "while keeping sellers informed with a weekly report showing how their listing is performing online." It says "Brokers, agents, and MLS executives can keep a pulse on the performance of their listings." Pricing is not listed on the site.
How it compares. ListTrac is about online activity. It is the views part of a seller report rather than showings, feedback and an agent's note. For transparency, Gable can pull ListTrac view counts into its seller report, so the two work together rather than as either-or.
Best for: brokers and agents who want portal activity tracked across sites.
4. Where does ShowingTime fit in seller reporting?
ShowingTime offers showing management scheduling for agents and brokers, with "built-in feedback tools that help agents and brokers save time and serve clients more efficiently." Its Market Insights product offers data on pricing and inventory trends with shareable client reports. Pricing is not listed, and the site points visitors to its sales team.
How it compares. ShowingTime handles showing requests and feedback collection. It is not a full weekly seller report on its own. Gable pulls showings and feedback from ShowingTime and BrokerBay, so it works alongside them rather than replacing them.
Best for: agents and brokers who need showing scheduling and feedback collection.
5. Is Homebot a seller report tool?
Homebot is a different kind of report. Its site describes "personalized home finance insights" for homeowners and buyers, offered to loan officers, real estate agents, title agents and insurance agents, with a goal to "Identify high-intent clients showing signals to sell or buy." It does not describe weekly listing activity reports for sellers whose home is on the market. Prices are on separate pricing pages by role, which we did not check.
How it compares. Homebot is built for staying in touch with past clients and homeowners before they list. It is not a report on an active listing. We include it so the difference is clear.
Best for: agents who want to stay in front of past clients and future sellers.
How do these seller report tools compare side by side?
Competitor details come from each company's own website, checked October 28, 2026. "Not listed" means we did not find it on the pages we checked, not that the product can't do it.

How do I choose seller report software?
- You want the whole weekly report, and buyers covered too. Gable puts the seller report, a seller portal, a buyer portal and transaction tasks in one place.
- You want a report-only tool. Beacon is focused on that.
- You only need online views across portals. ListTrac tracks listing activity across sites.
- Your problem is collecting showing feedback. ShowingTime is built for showings and feedback.
- You want to stay in touch with homeowners who have not listed yet. Homebot does a different job from the rest of this list.
The quickest way to decide is to run one real listing through a trial and send the report to your seller. A week of real use tells you more than any comparison.
Frequently asked questions
What is seller report software?
It is software that gathers a listing's activity, such as online views, showings and feedback, into a regular report for the seller. Some tools also give the seller a portal where they can open the report anytime.
How often should I send a seller report?
Weekly is a sensible rhythm while a listing is active, because it matches how often showings and feedback come in. Gable builds one every week for each active listing.
Where does Gable get listing views in the US?
Views come from ListTrac, with public Zillow and Redfin counts filling in any site ListTrac does not cover. You add a listing by pasting its Zillow or Redfin link.
Does Gable import showings automatically in the US?
Yes. Showings and feedback come in automatically from BrokerBay and ShowingTime, and you can also add showings by hand if you want. They then appear in the weekly report and the seller's portal.
Do sellers need an account or password?
No. Your seller opens one private link to their portal. There is no password to set up.
Is Gable only for sellers?
No. Buyers get a portal from the accepted offer to closing, showing where the deal stands, the key dates and deadlines, and who is on their team. Gable also handles transaction tasks for both sides.
How much does Gable cost?
US plans are $99, $149, $179 and $199 USD a month for 5, 10, 20 or unlimited active transactions. One person is included, and each extra person is $35 a month. There is a 14-day free trial with no card.
